  • Photos are the most important feature of a listing. Through using professional photos your listing will stand out against the rest, and prove to your clients that the listing is worth being invested in for both them and you. Lower quality phone pictures present the idea that it is a lower tier listing, and makes it much harder for the client to get a clear view of the apartment and layout.

  • A photoshoot will take around 30 minutes to an hour on average, and will vary depending on the listing’s size.

  • No, you do not need to be there when I photograph the property as long as proper access is provided.

  • Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. If your property lies outside of these boroughs, please contact me with all details and we will see what we can work out.

  • Adding a video can significantly enhance your listing's appeal, providing your clients a clear and detailed view of the space. Video helps them visualize the layout, ambiance, and overall feel. Additionally, videos can convey a sense of transparency and build trust between you and potential clients.

  • Yes. If you have photos of a property and would like me to edit them, I will gladly do so. I am more than likely able to improve upon your current photos.

  • Yes. I can edit out as much of the mess as you want. I am able to make a messy room appear fully vacant, or remove the annoying water bottle off of the table. Please contact me with all questions and details.

  • I do have a 25% off referral discount. If you know someone who also needs photos, have them reach out to me saying that you sent them my way. After their first photoshoot with me is completed and paid, then your next photoshoot that you book will be 25% off.
